Daphne, Alabama, The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach is a key leader in establishing and developing the Women’s Flag Football program from its inception. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and competitive success of the program, directing all aspects of coaching, recruitment, program development, and compliance with institutional, conference, and national governing body regulations. The Head Coach is expected to lead the university team in all aspects of student-athlete success by modeling a championship program rooted in character, communication, and excellence, both on the field and in the classroom.
