The Girls Coordinator / Head Softball Coach is responsible for providing leadership, organization, and oversight for the girls athletic programs while serving as the head coach of the varsity softball program. This position will promote a positive, competitive, and student-centered athletic culture that emphasizes character, discipline, academic success, sportsmanship, and athletic development. The Girls Coordinator will work closely with the Athletic Director and girls coaching staff to encourage consistency, communication, accountability, and collaboration across all girls sports.
