Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, Waynesburg University is currently seeking applicants for a Head Coach, Women’s Volleyball. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Prior successful experience, 3-5 years, in coaching on a high school or intercollegiate level required. Experience managing budgets and supervising staff is desirable. The Head Coach provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of the University’s intercollegiate women’s volleyball program in alignment with the mission and values of the University. The coach is responsible for developing a competitive program that emphasizes academic excellence, spiritual growth, sportsmanship, and personal development. Strong leadership, communication skills, demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and task completion required. Candidates must be committed both personally and professionally to the mission and purpose of Christian Higher Education.
