The new director will partner with senior leaders to develop clear, mission-aligned strategic priorities for athletics and oversee their successful implementation. Guided by transparency, accountability, and a spirit of healthy competition, the Director will oversee a complex athletic program that balances competitive excellence, broad-based participation, and student health and well-being.
