The College Scouting Bureau (CSB) is looking for a motivated, driven college softball coach to join our nationwide summer showcase series! This is a unique opportunity to spend your summer on the road, evaluate talented high school softball players, connect with college coaches across the country, and gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of a national sports organization. What You'll Do Recruit & Evaluate: Attend weekly softball showcases to identify prospective student-athletes for your current college program while expanding your recruiting network. 1-Travel Nationwide: Visit showcase locations across the country and experience recruiting in different regions. 2-Lead Event Operations: Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of weekly showcases, helping ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. 3-Gain Business Experience: Work directly with CSB leadership to learn the day-to-day operations of a national showcase company, including event management, data entry, athlete information management, and logistics. 4-Build Your Network: Develop relationships with college coaches, recruiting coordinators, and other professionals throughout the softball community. 5-Grow as a Professional: Gain firsthand insight into the intersection of college recruiting, sports management, and event operations. Who We're Looking For 1-The ideal candidate is a current college softball coach, graduate assistant, or aspiring collegiate coach who is passionate about player development and recruiting. We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, comfortable traveling, and eager to learn beyond the traditional coaching role. 2-A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative are essential. All interns for CSB also earn a stipend for working on filling events.
