Full-Time Tennis Professional / Tennis Coach

RCW Athletic Club is seeking an accomplished, high-energy Full-Time Tennis Professional to join our coaching team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

RCW is a growing racquet-sports destination with 6 indoor hard courts, 8 outdoor Har-Tru courts, and 2 padel courts. Our tennis community is active, welcoming, and serious about getting better, with strong demand for private instruction, clinics, junior development, leagues, team coaching, and competitive programming.

We are looking for a professional who combines excellent teaching ability, strong technical and tactical knowledge, and a genuine passion for player development. The right coach will be comfortable working across levels—from beginners discovering the game to competitive juniors and advanced adult players—and will bring positive energy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset to the club.

Who We’re Looking For

• A meaningful track record of high-quality tennis instruction and player development
• Ideally 5+ years of professional coaching experience, particularly with competitive juniors and advanced adults
• Strong competitive playing background is valued; college, professional, or high-level junior experience is a plus, but is not required for a proven high-level teacher
• PTR or RSPA professional teaching certification, or a commitment to earning one
• Excellent communication skills and an engaging, confident on-court presence
• Hardworking, team-oriented professional with high standards, positive energy, and no ego
• Availability for some evenings, weekends, events, and seasonal programming

Compensation

RCW offers a competitive, performance-based compensation structure tied to private instruction, clinics, and programming. The right professional can build annual earnings of $100,000+. Actual earnings are based on coaching activity, bookings, programming, and revenue generated and are not a guaranteed salary. Specific terms will be matched to the candidate’s experience, credentials, teaching track record, and ability to contribute.
