Head Tennis Professional at 2026 USTA National Outstanding Facility

Modern Strike Sports is looking for an experienced, energetic Head Tennis Professional to help lead our growing program at Bailey Road Park in Cornelius, NC.

Bailey Road Park is a 12-court facility and was recently awarded the 2026 USTA National Outstanding Facility Award.

Position

• Teach 30+ hours per week
• Private lessons, adult and junior clinics, camps, and specialty programs
• Build and grow your own lesson clientele
• Help develop new programs and events
• Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy tennis environment
• Work alongside our coaching team to grow tennis in the Cornelius and Lake Norman community

Qualifications

• Must hold an RSPA, PTR, or USTA Coaching Certification
• Strong playing and teaching background
• Experience teaching both juniors and adults
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Energetic, reliable, and professional
• Available for evening and weekend programming

Compensation

Expected annual income: $60,000 to $120,000+

Earning potential is based on teaching volume, private lessons, clinics, programming, experience, and performance.
